Consider these suggestions from the article,

- tell a story with your presentation
- contain lots of powerful visuals (pictures, images)
- use FEW words (YOU should do the presentation, NOT the slides!)
- toss out most of the bullet points (3 MAXimum)
- edit your work carefully and remove unnecessary or repeated text
Now, on with the show.
One person will be creating the initial presentation with the rest of the team members providing input on the design.
Steps:
1. Create a new Google Drive Presentation and CHOOSE A THEME that everyone on your team likes. *Note - remember to include everyone in the decision, come to consensus and proceed.
2. Notice on the left is shows that there is only 1 slide. You need to add 8 more slides.Go to the top click on SLIDE then NEW SLIDE. Do this 8 times. In the part that says Click to Add Title use the following titles:
3.Name the Presentation The World In Which We Live.
4. Share the Presentation so that all members of your team can now individually work on their slides. Go to SHARE in the right hand corner of Google Drive and have each person type in their email address under ADD PEOPLE.
5. From this point on YOU are responsible for your slides, however you can easily view how others are doing their slides as soon as you login to Google Drive and open the presentation that was shared with you!

3.Name the Presentation The World In Which We Live.
